Nut Free Snack Balls

Servings: 20 balls

 

A healthy snack perfect for lunchboxes.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free rolled oats

  • 1 cup sunflower butter

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

  • 2 T flax meal

  • 2 T chia seeds

  • ⅓ cup raisins

 

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the raisins. Once it looks combined, add in the raisins and pulse until they are well mixed.

  2. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the fridge to firm up. About 10 minutes.

  3. Keep these balls in the fridge or freezer. Either will work.
